Auto Assembler (AIB-300)



AIB-300 is a fully automated solution for the most optimized production of rapid test kit device. Engineered for the ultimate in production throughput, the entire assembly process from start to finish is carried out in an automatic non-stop action.

The system consists of several sub-systems of robotic modules and work stations of which are; Bowl Feeder, Strip Cut & Place, Conveyor, and Pressers. These integral sub-systems work continuously in feeding devices (top/bottom), cutting card into strip, placing the strip inside bottom device, placing top device onto the bottom piece, pressing them together, and finally discharging the finished device to complete the assembly process.

This highly efficient workhorse is also equipped with a sophisticated vision inspection system which make sure that only the “good” test device pass through the assembly process while the “bad or NG” (substandard grade) are automatically discarded.
