The system’s integral un-winder, dip tank, dry chambers, re-winder, and splitter (OASI-300 only) works continuously in unison to fulfill the entire dip & dry process.

The system works by dipping the wide roll material into a reagent tank, where the wet material is reeled through a series of individually temperature regulated drying chambers for effective drying process. In a continuous motion, the treated and dried material of the wide roll is *split (cut to width) into multiple narrow strip rolls in which then gets re-wound onto a winder to complete the process.

The entire process is done automatically and mechanically for maximum production efficiency and product quality.

*The splitting module is not available for the OAU-300 as this process by the nature of production flow is carried out at the next production stage.

DIP TANK
1) Automatic temperature (reagent) control by built-in heater in the dip tank (optional).

DRY CHAMBER
